For the past 3-4 months I have religiously used Tweetdeck but am now taking a look at Alertthingy, Streamy, and Peoplebrowsr.

I’m still liking HootSuite for managing multiple Twitter accounts. I find myself not reading Twitter streams that much, but am producing a lot of content. Twitterfeed is quite useful.

I am using tweetdeck with the facebook/12seconds.tv integration. I must admit that I do love twitter, but also see it as a HUGE time suck if one is not careful. Staying focused on your tasks and not getting caught up in the twitstream is key. http://twitter.com/berchman

When you log in, you’ll see a box for your updates. Just type and Post it. The “Tag it” box is for tags - as we get more participation here, then tags will become useful in sorting information.

How are the tags generated? There is nothing in this *post comment* box for me to add a tag. The bots are determining it? Wait…. tags are on the initial post but not the comments.

Hi Josh - try this tutorial. You have to go into the admin, not just post from the home page here. Images won’t show up on the home page, but they will in searches and in the Permalink for the entry.
